Premium Subscriptions (Ad-Free, Traveler Mode)
Premium features are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and you will retain access to the feature until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle. If you were charged in error — for example due to a technical failure that prevented access to the feature you purchased — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund.
Diffusion List Messages
Each Diffusion List message is a one-time charge of €1.00 triggered at the moment of sending. Because the message is delivered to recipients immediately upon payment confirmation, Diffusion List charges are non-refundable once the send has been confirmed. If a technical error caused your payment to be processed but your message was not delivered to any recipients, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and issue a full refund if the failure is confirmed on our end.
Event Tickets
Refund eligibility for event tickets depends on the circumstances:
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund automatically within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. If an event is postponed, you will be notified and given the option to retain your ticket for the new date or request a full refund within 14 days of the postponement notice. If you purchased a ticket and wish to cancel for personal reasons, refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event start time. Requests made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund. Alba charges a small processing fee per ticket transaction; this fee is non-refundable in all cases except event cancellation.
Ad Campaigns
Unspent ad budget may be refunded upon written request at any time while your campaign is inactive or after it has ended. Budget that has already been spent on delivered impressions is non-refundable. If you pause or cancel a campaign before your full budget is spent, you may request a refund of the remaining balance within 30 days of the campaign end date. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you believe your campaign was affected by a technical error that resulted in inaccurate delivery or billing, contact us with your campaign ID and we will conduct a review within 5 business days.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for any of the above, contact us at support@albaappofficial.com with your registered email address, the type of purchase, the date of the transaction, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
Consumer Rights
If you are based in the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection law, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Nothing in this policy limits or waives those rights. For digital services purchased by EU consumers, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately upon purchase and that by confirming your purchase you consent to the immediate provision of the service, which may affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Alba following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
